Service Description

1 hour Beach Yoga class where we move the body in a way that feels good. Eddie will guide this practice with the beautiful sounds of the Handpan. After our 1 hour practice we will treat ourselves with the famous Vegan Pancakes at the shore. Let's move and connect! Including: Vegan Pancakes and a coffee or tea.
